Please bring the following items to your loan application appointment. All items apply to both the borrower and the co-borrower.

  • Driver's license
  • Social Security card
  • W2's for the last two years, including 1040 tax returns and one month of recent paystubs
  • The last three month's bank statements
  • Copy (both sides) of the purchase agreement, with original signatures
  • Copy of the listing ticket, INCLUDING lot size, legal description and taxes
  • If you are refinancing a land contract, bring a complete copy of the land contract and the address of the land contract holder
  • Current mortgage information (include name of lender, address and account number)
  • If you pay child support or alimony, a friend of the court letter stating payment amount and proof that the account is current
  • If your present home is pending sale, a copy of the listing ticket, purchase agreement or closing statement, if available
  • If you have rented for the last two years, provide the name and address of your landlord
  • APPLICATION FEE (including credit report and appraisal)
